received your request for access to documents under the Freedom of
Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act).

Under the Freedom of Information Act 1982, I request access to the
following documents:

"Notice of Compliance Assessment" from the Tertiary Education Quality and
Standards Agency, referred to at C3 of the Agenda for the 3rd July, 2025
University Council meeting. Date for document is June-July 2025.

Processing Timeframe

The statutory time frame for processing your request is 30 calendar days
from day after the date your request was received by the University. You
should therefore expect a decision from us by 28 August 2025.

writing if this happens.
