I refer to your request received on 31 July 2025 by the Department of
Treasury and Finance seeking documents under the Freedom of Information
Act 1982 (FOI Act).

If you have indicated the request would cause you hardship:
If you are unable to pay the fee on the basis of hardship, please state
your reasons in writing and provide any evidence that you believe supports
your claim (e.g. photo of current Health Care Card or concession card, or
a statutory declaration). In order to progress this matter, a copy of
proof of financial hardship must be provided prior to COB Thursday 21
August 2025.
If the department does not receive the payment or confirmation of your
entitlement to a fee waiver before the due date, we will presume you do
not wish to proceed with the request and the matter will be closed.
