Thank you.

Dear Angie,

Thank you for the information provided. Most informative.

I am, however, concerned with some of the details in the tranche of documents in the request which I've now downloaded for review, insofar that it appears that the full names of some users, and the surnames of some users, have not been redacted. I'm not talking about names that can possibly be derived from various usernames, or names of some of the (I'm presuming) senior staff of the NLA, but there are numerous instances where the redaction has been missed.

Is this an issue for you in regards to the Privacy Act (1988) (Cth)?

Yours sincerely,

Albert Frankaland

Dear Mr Frankaland

Thank you for your email.

Could I please check with you, that:
- the staff name(s) you mention in your email are other than the name and contact details of Alison Dellit (who is an SES officer and therefore whose name and contact details are publicly available)
- name(s) of Trove users are other than the name DonnaTelfer or Donna Telfer, which is already publicly available?

Grateful if you could please advise.

Please note while personal information may be assessed as exempt under section 47F of the FOI Act, the release of personal information under the FOI Act does not contravene the Privacy Act.

Kind regards
Angie
