Dear Victoria Police,

The Chronological Table of Statutes United Kingdom has no records Constitution of Victoria 1855 was ever repealed. What Act empowers the Judiciary in Victoria that purports in have REPEALED WHOLE ACT Constitution of Victoria 1855, expressly forbidden. Parliament of Victoria may amend or Alter an Act but is forbidden to repeal the entire Act.

As the COURTS AND TRIBUNALS FURTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2000 Part 2 Legal Practices Act 1996
3 OATH OF ALLEGIANCE NO LONGER REQUIRED where do Oath of Allegiance lie within the Police Force of Victoria when considering Constitution of Victoria 1975 is not held in the United Kingdom to have Jurisdiction to enforce laws?
