I refer to your Right to Information request for access to video footage
from the Queensland Brain Institute at The University of Queensland.

 

Please note that, under [1]section 24 of Queensland’s Right to Information
Act 2009 (RTI Act), an application must:

 

o be in the approved form and be accompanied by the application fee;
o give sufficient information concerning the documents to which access
is sought;
o state an address to which notices under the Act may be sent to the
applicant; and
o state whether access to the document is sought for the benefit of, or
use of the document by, the applicant or another entity.

 

Unfortunately, your application does not currently comply with the
mandatory requirements set out above.  If you wish to continue with your
application, please correct the deficiencies as noted above, and return
your application to the University via [2][UQ request email] by 29 April 2024.

Queensland (including a link to the application form and information on

If your application is not made compliant by the above date, a prescribed
written notice of decision refusing to deal with your application will be
issued under [4]section 33(6) of the RTI Act.  However, if you require
additional time in which to make your application compliant, please don’t
hesitate to let me know before the above date.
