The Australian Sports Drug Medical Advisory Committee is part of the Health portfolio. The Australian Sports Drug Medical Advisory Committee approves the use of prohibited substances by athletes for legitimate medical purposes (The Therapeutic Use Esceptions). ASDMAC also provides medical advice on anti-doping issues.
