National Precincts Board

Part of the Industry and Science portfolio and a Federal authority

The National Precincts Board is an industry-led body which has been established to advise the government on matters relating to Precincts. The National Precincts Board works with the Department during the precincts selection and facilitation process to make recommendations to the Minister about the Precincts to be funded. The Board will also have an ongoing roll in advising the Minister about strategic precinct policy, projects to be funded under the industry collaboration fund, the monitoring and review of the precincts and over all performance of the program, including the Industry Innovation Network.
