A Queensland authority, also called QRAA

Queensland Rural Adjustment Authority (QRAA) is a specialist administrator of government financial assistance programs including loans, grants, rebates and subsidies. QRAA's core responsibility is to administer the Queensland Government's Primary Industry Productivity Enhancement Scheme and when required, support the delivery of Natural Disaster Relief and Recovery Arrangement assistance for primary producers, small businesses and non-profit organisations (jointly funded by the Queensland and Australian Governments). QRAA is also empowered under the Rural and Regional Adjustment Act 1994 to deliver additional programs and services to local, state and territory governments throughout Australia and for the Australian Government.
