The Registrar General keeps (a) books for the registration of births, deaths and marriages in Queensland; (b) forms for making certified copies of, or certified extracts from, the entries in such books; (c) such other books and forms as are prescribed; and (d) such registers, records and books as the Registrar General is required by any Act to make or keep.
