I refer to your email below in which you made a request to the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (the Department) under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act). The department has agreed to respond to you outside of the FOI ACT and to treat this under ‘administrative arrangements’.

As the department does not produce a topics list for senate estimates, no searches were required to be undertaken as no relevant documents exist or are in the possession of the Department, therefore there are no documents relevant to the scope of this request.
