I Am requesting information about ACBPS activities in regards to Section 233 of the customs act when referring to the importation of tier 1 prohibited goods, particularly Performance Enhancing substances for university research.

interpretation of the scope for your request.

 

In particular you have used the term ‘activities’ can you please clarify
what you mean by the inclusion of this term. For example are you seeking
access to policy type documents in connection to the scope of your
request?

 

Your advice on how the Department should interpret the scope of your
request will assist us in identifying the specific documents it is you
wish to access and allow us to progress this request.
