-Structures built through public lands, mangrove area:
-Access from titled lot to waterway.
-Boat Mooring structure in waterways.
This will related to the District of Brighton/ Brighton.

No personal information is necessary.

I ask that all fees in relation to this request be waived because the release of the documents is in the public interest.

Thank you for your email. To request access to documents such as those listed in your email, you will need to lodge a Right to Information application, which attracts an application fee of $50.80. The application fee can be downloaded from Council's website at:

I would think that you would also have to be more specific and not request suburb-wide documents given the type of documents you are seeking, to make the scope of your application one that can be reasonably dealt with.
