Access to and reliability of immediate protection for children who self report risk

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, WA Department for Child Protection and Family Support should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear WA Department for Child Protection and Family Support,

In how many, and what portion, of reports by minors of abuse or neglect in their home, are those minors returned to the custody of one of more alleged perpetrator, and in what timeframes?

Yours faithfully,

John Smith
