Jason Simpson

Dear Fair Work Ombudsman,
I am seeking information pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act 1982 in regards to the Fair Work Ombudsman's powers under the Fair Work Act in regards to the recovery or enforcement of unpaid employee entitlements being held by a registered liquidator or administrator of a company.
The information I seek is, Does the FWO have any power under the Fair Work Act (or Australian workplace laws) to recover any unpaid wages held by a registered insolvency practitioner such as a liquidator or administrator?

Yours faithfully,

Jason Simpson
