Advice provided by OPC to CASA from 2009 to 2017

Rob Cumming made this Freedom of Information request to Office of Parliamentary Counsel

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was refused by Office of Parliamentary Counsel.

Dear Office of Parliamentary Counsel,

As agencies can engage OPC for untied instruments on a fee-for-service basis, please provide details from 2009 to 2017, where CASA was provided such advice and the regulations involved by staff or contractors by/to OPC.

I would also appreciate details of the fees involved in this period and paid by CASA.

Yours faithfully,

Rob Cumming

Dear Mr Cumming

I acknowledge receipt of your request.

Your request covers a broad time range and does not provide enough
information to allow us to identify documents which may fall within the
scope of your request.  It is unclear if you are seeking copies of
documents received from, or sent to, CASA or a list of communications
between OPC and CASA.

Can you please contact me to clarify the nature of the documents you seek.

Regards
