Dear P Johns

Thank you for your email.

Part VI of the FOI Act provides applicants with the opportunity to ask for
internal review of agency decisions, rather than handling or processes.
However, processes are examined in the course of the independent reviewer
creating a fresh decision for you.

Please see
[1]https://www.oaic.gov.au/freedom-of-infor...

Please let me know if you are happy for me to pass on your comments to the
ABC’s internal reviewer so they can provide you with a new decision in
this matter. If you wish, please also let me know of any specific
contentions you have with the decision itself, so that I may pass these on
as well.

Kind regards

Juliana
