Greg McDonald

Hi,

This is insanely overdue. What's happening with this request? Should I file a complaint with the information commissioner or are you going to comply with the law?

Yours sincerely,

Greg McDonald

FOI, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade

UNCLASSIFIED

Dear Mr McDonald

As advised to you previously, you are not able to seek access to documents of named intelligence agencies pursuant to s7(2A) of the Freedom of Information Act 1982.

Your FOI request is therefore not overdue because you are, by law, unable to request the documents to which you are seeking to access.
