All documentation relating to planning approval for a shed/garage at 192 Keens Road, Acheron 3714
Dear Murrindindi Shire Council,
I am requesting to be able to view all the documentation relating to Murrindindi Council's approval for the building of a shed at 192 Keens Road, Acheron, Victoria, 3714.
I have been forced to make this request through Freedom of Information, as I was informed by the Murrindindi planning department that, for legal reasons, they were not permitted to show me any material relating to the granting of either a planning permit or a building permit for this development. Apparently, since it was a VicSmart application it was, for some inexplicable reason, deemed to be confidential
