Dear Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet,

Under the FOI Act, I request any legal instruments held by PM&C relating to the former Prime Minister, the Hon Scott Morrison MP, being assigned any ministerial responsibilities, powers or duties (whether through appointment to a ministerial office, administrative arrangements, use of instruments under the Acts Interpretation Act, etc), belonging to the Minister for Health, the Minister for Finance, the Minister for Industry or the Minister for Resources from 2020 to 2022.

I request that all fees be waived because of the public interest in this information as evidenced by extensive media coverage of which I have no doubt you are aware.

Thank you for your attention to this request.

Regards

Andrew
