Dear Australian National University,

I request all documents relating to ANU contracts with KPMG, engaged by the Office of the Chief Operating Officer and the Interim Vice chancellor/Provost. This includes, but is not limited to:
i) Emails, teams chats or calendar invites between the offices and the third party consultants KPMG.
ii) Terms of reference or scoping documents to engage the consultant KPMG.
iii) Exemption documents or evidence of proper undertaking of ANUs procurement process to engage the consultant KPMG
iv) Invoices or schedule of payments from ANU to KPMG.
v) Documents that detail why a third part consultant was engaged, and what due diligence was undertaken to ensure no internal capability was able to complete this work.

The date range is 1 August 2025 to present.
