On 4 February 2026, the Australian National University (the University)
received your request for access to documents under the Freedom of
Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act).

The University has taken your request to be as follows:

‘In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the Act), I would
like to request a copy of the ANYOU Pulse Survey 2025 results for each of
the following areas:

- Academic Portfolio

- Advancement

- CAP

- CASS

- CBE

- CLGP

- CoSM

- CSS

- First Nations Portfolio

- Interim Vice-Chancellor Portfolio

- Research and Innovation Portfolio

- Services Portfolio

In processing this request, I would draw your attention to s17(1) of the
Act ("Requests involving use of computers etc."), and to the University's
response to FOI request 202500299 where Phillip Tweedie indicated that
"relevant Deans and Directors were granted direct access to a "live"
digital dashboard to view results for their specific areas".

Processing Timeframe

The statutory time frame for processing your request is 30 calendar days
from day after the date your request was received by the University. You
should therefore expect a decision from us by 6 March 2026.

This period of 30 days may be extended if we need to consult third
parties, impose a charge or for other reasons. We will advise you in
writing if this happens.
