The sale of MLC and the superannuation trusts administered by NULIS Nominees (Australia) Ltd closed on 31 May 2021.

This sale was subject to regulatory approval by APRA.

The document or documents I seek is correspondence from APRA to the National Australia Bank (or MLC) confirming that APRA had granted such approval including any conditions that applied to the approval
