I confirm that I am still processing your Freedom of Information request for the conflict of interest register dated 2 June 2019.
Since the statutory timeframe for providing a decision expired on Monday 2 July 2019 , you have the right to apply to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner for a review of a deemed refusal decision. However, ARPANSA is still required to finalise your Freedom of Information request decision. I anticipate that it will be completed in the week commencing 15 July 2019.
