Miles Kemp made this Freedom of Information request to SA Attorney-General's Department

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, SA Attorney-General's Department should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear SA Attorney-General's Department,

I am seeking documents dated 2015 or 2016 which include an assessment by the agency of the effectiveness for consumers of a real-time fuel pricing system which could be accessed on the internet.I am not seeking the identity of any individual or organisation outside the agency. Also, in making this application I would not consider that any aspect of the entire document should be redacted by you as "not relevant". I.e., please give me all the bits that don't have to be redacted for other reasons.

Yours faithfully,

Miles Kemp
