Dear Australian Taxation Office,

I request documents showing for each member of the ATO Executive and for all Deputy Commissioners:

- the total cost of flights and/or travel expenses incurred in 2016/17
- the number and airline(s) of airline memberships held
- whether the individual is a member of an 'exclusive, invite only' club such as the Qantas "Chairman's Lounge". If such documents to not exist please obtain this information from each employee and report back.
