Dear Assistant Minister for Immigration and Border Protection,

I had lived and worked overseas and returned to live back in Australia and then applying for my wife to live with here with me .
Unfortunately after after many years relationship fell apart after her lack of commitment to our relationship ..

After a 6 years I met my new wife in another country and applied for a spouse visa.

We lived together here in Australia and after 4 years she had decided that Australia was way to cold for her and missed her family and we divorced . She is now living back in her country with no burden or cost on the Australian Govermenf ..

My question now is to know If i can apply for a apply for a spouse visa with a woman who loves me and I love her given that it has been more than five years and my ex wife is no longer living in Australia ..

I have also suffered health problems and difficult for me to live alone

Yours faithfully,
Australian Citizen
