Authorised officer regarding parking fine
Dear City of Sydney,
This request is in relation to Penalty Notice No.3210905684 issued on 4 January 2021 at approx. 12:36AM.
I would like to know:
1. what the relevant class of authorised officer was for the issuer of the Penalty Notice with infringement number 3210905684;
2. whether the particular issuing officier was in the course of his or her duty as an authorised officer when issuing this penalty notice; and
3. whether the issuing officer was exempted from Part 12 of Road Rules 2014 (NSW), i.e. if the issuing officer parked in a no stopping zone for the purpose of issuing a penalty notice.
For reference the classes of authorised officer are defined the Road Transport (General) Regulation 2013 Schedule 4.
