Authorised Officers - Childcare
Dear Department of Education,
I understand that the Department of Education employs authorised officers conduct quality assessments, assessing compliance against the child safe standards, specifically as it relates to compliance within the childcare industry (Monitoring and compliance of early childhood services | Victorian Government (www.vic.gov.au).
I was seeking to gain some additional information regarding the following:
Whether these services/ roles are outsourced?
Whether there is a panel of providers? If so, where to access this?
Whether there are any tenders for outsourcing of these roles, and if, so when would they may be made available and where to access this?
If any of these are confidential, I would be appreciative of any information you are able to provide.
