I would like to request backlogs of people awaiting for their ceremony. Also, when will the invitation for November 9 ceremony sent out? Thanks.

In response to this information access request the City’s Protocol Team
have advised that, the November 8 ceremony invitations have been sent and
all allocated. Following that we have 466 people on our waiting list.
