(Note: the changes are the inclusion of "Bendigo Showgrounds Redevelopment' and a change of date from 2018 to 2015).

o Briefs (without attachments) related to project recommendations or
variation requests
o Regional Development Victoria payment records
For example, your request could be clarified to:

Please see the requested clarifications below.
The City of Greater Bendigo was awarded funding over two rounds of the Stronger Regional Communities Plan in 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 for a Bendigo Showgrounds Master Plan. I am seeking the following documents from both funding rounds:
• The City of Greater Bendigo grant applications
• Executed grant agreements and acquittal reports
• Any written or electronic correspondence related to these grant awards
• Briefs (final copies with attachments)
• Payment records
I am also seeking:
• Funding agreements for works to be undertaken under the 2025 Sport and Recreation Victoria Bendigo showgrounds redevelopment/upgrade project.
• All submissions received during the 2025 Sport and Recreation Victoria Bendigo showgrounds redevelopment/upgrade project community engagement round from March 6 to April 3, 2025.
• The consultation report for this project as required under clause 52.3 of the planning scheme.
I agree to personal information of third parties being redacted and I do not require duplicates.
