Bullying in Office of Rob Stokes MP
Dear NSW Department of Planning and Environment,
Could you please provide all email communication between Mr Tom Loomes and the Hon Rob Stokes MP regarding the bullying of ministerial staff by [name removed].
In particular, please provide all email communication sent by Mr Loomes to Mr Stokes (via his parliamentary and ministerial email addresses) between January and May 2021 regarding the bullying and behaviour of [name removed] towards staff.

The information you are requesting would be held by the Office of Minister
Stokes, not the Department of Planning and Environment. Ministerial
offices are separate entities to NSW government departments, and so they
deal with their own GIPA applications. You will need to direct this GIPA
request to the Office of Minister Stokes.
