This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Shane Townsend

Dear Ms O'Neill,

Thank you for your letter of 1 June 2018 advising me that the scope of my request of 4 May 2018 was too broad to process.

I would like to revise the scope of my request. I now request any documents that mention the impact on the Striped Legless Lizard because of the building or creation of the ACT suburb of Lawson.

Yours faithfully,

Shane Townsend

Dear Mr Townsend

In the process of undertaking third party consultation information has
been provided to EPSDD regarding changes to external businesses. As a
result additional third parties must be consulted prior to making a
decision on release. This information was not available to EPSDD
previously.

In order to allow the new third party time to consider and respond to the
proposed release of documents under FOI, an additional 15 working days is
necessary to process the request. The new due date for the request is 2
October 2018, I apologise for the delay and appreciate your patience
during this process.

Regards

Heather Johnston
