Dear Cancer Australia,

I would like to request information about cancer trials being conducted in Australia.
The information I'm looking for is about the type of trial drugs that are being used to treat breast, lung and skin cancer and their effects on patients. I would also like the findings and outcomes of these specific drug trials and how many trials were conducted for each.

The trial drugs that I would like to receive information on are:
Lung: CLDK378A2X01B and ARCTIC
Breast: ZMC-ARX788-101 and PIKNIC
Skin: A Phase 1b/2a and TVEC

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST

I refer to your request of 20 February 2016 to Cancer Australia seeking access under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act) as set out in the email from you below:

Your request will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the FOI Act, under which, Cancer Australia is required by paragraph 15(5)(b) to take all reasonable steps to notify you of a decision not later than 30 calendar days after the above receipt date.

In the case of your request, the due date for a decision is 21 March 2016 unless the 30 day period is extended to consult a third party.

The time period may also be extended with your written agreement.
