results AND in presence of USS results that amount to being inconclusive,
from April 1st 2019 to present

 

When doing so please kindly:

 

- Specifically mention any/all excluding criteria/justification for
refusing the provision of MRI for proximal hamstring injuries of all
respective degrees

 

- Provide any indications of changes that have been made to any of the
above since April 1st 2019
