Dear Creative Victoria,

Under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Vic), I request that I be granted access to the following documents:

1. All documents created on or after 1 January 1986 which are "authorities" made under s 4 of the Rain-Making Control Act 1967 (Vic) ("the Act").
2. All documents created on or after 1 January 1986 which are revocations or variations of an authority, as provided for in s 5(1)(c) of the Act.
3. All cloud-seeding reports lodged with the Government on or after 1 January 1986, where a "cloud-seeding report" is a report submitted to the Government in order to fulfil the requirements of s 13 of the Act.

I am addressing this request to Creative Victoria because your agency is listed on the Federal Government's ABLIS website as the agency that administers applications under the Act [Note 1]. If another agency would be better suited to respond to this request, I would appreciate it if you could transfer the request to that agency.

Finally, I note that an application fee applies to this request. Could you please provide information on how I can pay that fee using electronic funds transfer?

Yours faithfully,
Martin Morrison

I'll arrange the payment in the next week or so. Right to Know doesn't appear to have a status for "awaiting action on the requester's part".

Dear Alice,

Payment of the application fee was made by direct transfer to the given account yesterday afternoon.
