Freedom of Information, Australian National University

Hello again Joyce,

Thank you for your engagement with your other case today. Now, another clarification is sought with regard to your below recent access request.

To avoid confusion, this is in relation to your FOI access request received by the Australian National University (the University) on 24 November 2025 regarding College of Science Dean Payments.

Update

Your request is being processed and has been passed on to the relevant subject matter experts to conduct a search for any relevant documents.

Clarification Sought

Did you mean payments made TO the Dean, or payments approved BY the Dean for other people?

A heads up that, iff you are seeking documents in relation to payments approved BY the Dean for other people, we may also need to come back to you to ask who those other people are (depending on the volumes of approved payments at the time). And if this is the case, please be aware of any privacy considerations the University may need to take into account in accordance with the FOI Act.

Thank you again for your help.

Yours sincerely,

FOI Team
