Pursuant to section 15 of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth), I seek access to documents held by the National Disability Insurance Agency.

Specifically, I request copies of all complaints made about Kylie Burley by NDIA staff, whether agency or internal, from the commencement of her employment with the Agency up to and including today’s date.

I request that any personal information or identifying details of staff members other than Mrs Burley be redacted in accordance with the FOI Act.
