Dear Department of Health and Ageing,

I am writing on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer of the Aboriginal Medical Service Western Sydney (AMSWS).

In order for our organisation to provide continuous quality improvement strategies, we would like to know if the Department of Health & Ageing through OATSIH has received any complaints against the AMSWS between January 2011 to June 2013.

We are in the process of acquiring Accreditation under the Quality Improvement Councils National Standards.
