Conversation between Dr Kerry Chant and Fire and Rescue NSW regarding pandemic and the approach to managing Covid-19 within NSW Health.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Fire and Rescue NSW should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Fire and Rescue NSW,

Requesting ALL the minutes of the ALL the meetings between Fire and Rescue NSW and Dr Kerry Chant. Topic being around the pandemic and the approach to managing Covid-19 within NSW Health and within Fire and Rescue NSW predominantly, but not limiting.

Requesting any paperwork (weather hard paper copy or in digital form) that was presented on the day, or prior or after the meetings.

Dear Ms Rios

Unfortunately, your request for Fire and Rescue NSW information cannot be considered a 'formal' request as it does not comply with the formal requirements.

The Freedom of Information Act 1982 was replaced by the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA).

The formal requirements are:

- Your request must be made under the GIPA Act.
- It must be accompanied by a $30 application fee.
- It must include such information as is reasonably necessary to enable the information you are seeking to be identified.

I have attached a copy of the application form for your convenience.
