We act on behalf of Whetstone Solar Farm Pty Ltd A.C.N. 626 535 653.
Our client lodged an Expression of Interest under Invitation Number WT25-19/20 issued by the Toowoomba Regional Council on 2 November 2019.
On behalf of our client we request the following:-
a) Copies of all and any Expressions of Interest lodged under the said Invitation Number WT25-19/20 including the covering letters, if any, save for the Expression of Interest lodged by Whetstone Solar Farm Pty Ltd.
b) Copies of all and any correspondence of any nature whatsoever (whether by letter or email or otherwise) passing between any Submitter of an Expression of Interest under the above Invitation Number and the Toowoomba Regional Council or its Review Panel reviewing the Expressions of Interest or any Member of that Review Panel, save for any such correspondence with Whetstone Solar Farm Pty Ltd or any representative of it.
