Processing Timeframe
The statutory time frame for processing your request is 30 calendar days

We advise that the University is currently processing a very large number
of FOI requests, and may not be able to meet the statutory time frame in
this matter.
Accordingly, the University is seeking an extension of time of 30 days in
accordance with section 15AA of the FOI Act.

you with a decision notice by no later than 7 December 2025.
Your earliest response would be appreciated as we are required to notify
the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) of any
extension agreed.

Dear Freedom of Information,
I am writing to revise my initial Freedom of Information request (202500251), following your notification of a practical refusal reason.
To narrow the scope of the request and assist with your processing, I would like to revise the request as follows:
1. I am seeking access to emails in which either Rebekah Brown or Bhavani Balakshani are included in the "To", "From", or "CC" fields. This should include the [email address] and [email address].
2. Involvement of Nous Group: I request that the emails also specifically involve Nous Group as either a sender or recipient (i.e., emails where Nous Group email addresses are included in the "To", "From", or "CC" fields).
3. Please limit the request to emails sent between 1 January 2025 and 30 June 2025.
