Dear Foreign Investment Review Board,

I am requesting documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1982.

I wish to obtain documents containing correspondence between the Foreign Investment Review Board and Treasurer, Hon Scott Morrison MP, relating to the sale of land and assets by the Tasmanian Land Company to Moon Lake Investments. Correspondence relating to the sale of Van Diemen's Land Company would be preferred.

I refer to your email of 1 March 2016 in which you sought access to
documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the Act), in
particular:

“I wish to obtain documents containing correspondence between the Foreign
Investment Review Board and Treasurer, Hon Scott Morrison MP, relating to
the sale of land and assets by the Tasmanian Land Company to Moon Lake
Investments. Correspondence relating to the sale of Van Diemen's Land
