Dear University of Technology Sydney,

I hereby requires the following documents, howsoever contained, evidencing and including but not limited to copies of all emails, fascimiles, letters, any attachments and any other electronic communications passing between:

1. Any employee or contractor of the Law Faculty and the Graduate Research School for the period 1 July 2014 to the present;
2. Any employer or contractor of the Law Faculty and the Disabilities and Discrimination Unit for the period 1 July 2014 to the present;
3. Any employee or contractor of the Law Faculty with another employee or contractor of the Law Faculty for the period 1 July 2014 to the present;
4. Any correspondence relating to Karena Viglianti's taking of Leave of Absence in 2015-2016, including any documents evidencing communications by the Law Faculty, the Graduate School or the Disabilities and Discrimination Unit for the period 1 July 2014 to the present;
5. All correspondence relating to the escalation of the complaint by the Dean of the Law Faculty to the Executive Committee reportedly in 2014/2015 of the University, together with any response/follow up by the University on the same;
6. All correspondence passing between Jenni Millbank and any other employee or contractor of the law faculty or any other unit at UTS for the period for the period 1 February 2016 to the present.
