and what there intended roles will be

Good afternoon Mr McDonald,
Thank you for your inquiry below. As your request is seeking answers to
questions as opposed to access to documents, we do not consider your
request to be valid in accordance with section 15(2)(b) of the FOI Act.
Section 15(2)(b) of the FOI Act states that an applicant must 'provide
such information concerning the document as is reasonably necessary to
enable a responsible officer of the agency, or the Minister, to identify
it'.
No further action will be taken on this request.
