I write to seek a copy of the current Human Resources policy on smoking for employees at the Department of Health, under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth), s 11A(3) (or the other relevant section, if I've got this wrong).
Under the same section, I also request the metadata associated with this document, as recorded by your electronic document management system. This may include information recorded about when the document was created, the version history, who edited the document, and when it was approved. This information seems to be a 'document' under the definition of 'document' in s4 at (a)(v). I also do not seek the names of specific officers who edited this policy.
