Dear Moreton Bay Regional Council,
I am requesting the following documents and information:
1. Current Application and Approval process for any lease held over Mount Mee Sports Ground in 2023
2. Applicant details
3. Insurance provider of public liability for any association on the application\
4. Terms of the lease,
5.Public right of access to the Mount Mee Sports Ground including any changes in 2023.
6.Any and all processes the council engaged in prior to approval for any lease in 2023 to engage in community consultation and to obtain user feedback re that the ground's use with all users, including local resident members of the public and those holding freehold land common borders with the Mount Mee Sports Ground.

Any additional and relevent information to the change of use of Mount Mee Sports Ground in 2023.
