Cycleway compliance with safety standards and NSW road and traffic rules

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Coffs Harbour City Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Coffs Harbour City Council,
There is a cycleway proposed for Beach Street Woolgoolga which was initially part of the Green Spine project.
There are issues in relation to safety, congestion, signage in relation to use of roads by cyclists, use of cycleways etc.
Robust reports should be available from the Council's Local Traffic Committee or other authorities or parties the cycleway's ability to meet compliance standards for safety and NSW road and traffic rules.

Copies of such reports are requested.

Yours faithfully,

Ray Willing (NBRA President)

Good morning Mr Willing,

Can you define the version/date of the project that the inferred reports
are being sought for? We note that changes to the project have occurred
due to Council meetings and your request needs to be more specific in
order to be responded appropriately.

You may contact Council for assistance in regards to this email.

Dear Coffs Council Email Account,
My request is quite clear.
If there has been any traffic or safety report on the impact of any Greenspine project or cycleway along Beach Street Woolgoolga and/or Clarence Street Woolgoolga i would like a copy.
I am aware of the nuances around the paths for the cycleway. Reports dealing with Traffic and Safety would be appreciated.

Yours sincerely,

Ray Willing
