Death of aPTA worker 10 feb 2015 request all documents of injuries
Dear WA Public Transport Authority,
I request all information in relation to the death of Allen Roy Little on the 10 th of February 2015.
I would like to know if you could also arrange a sit down meeting for myself to attend with a support person of my choice to discuss concerns and unanswered questions I have. I'm sure you will have to dig around to find me..... start at the office in claisebrook station maybe....
As for my request to the FOI I hope you can make do with this as I am not making any other efforts to resolve this as I have learned the hard way that sasdly I as in me will never find anything in the ways jo citizen would.....
I respectfully and patiently request all information , reports and witness interviews relating to death of a worker on the Guilford line meadow street crossing I recall...
The sudden death of anybody you know or even just the story of a person you don't know is shoking and leaves you emotionally involved and needing to know all the facts. If the way it happens does not add up according to what led up to the day of 10 February 2015 because of personally knowing and loving and residing with Allen then you would assume you would be called upon for evidence or at least as the man was at the time sleeping with other woman but claiming to be my partner and co parent to our son,,,,,,,,you get my point I'm sure.
The impact of all of this of course, for me Allen might be the icing on the cake no the cherry on top because if anyone bothered to ask I know a lot more about him than even he knows.....
ALlen Roy Little's death came after 8 years of already knowing him , loving him, going to war with him and finding strength through every part was not easy , but I loved him, even as he led me on to the very end I loved him always, still do.
so help us out,,,, pls pick me to talk to and I will finally be free, my children too!!! my family my friends all need you to tell me the true facts.
I do not seek money or fame I seek truth and I will be discreet if you wish. I only hope this time after so long now we can work through this and learn and for all that is good here pleases show mercy. show this request from to every person in charge at the pta, work cover, risk cover, FOI, WAPOL, ATSB, Mayor of stirling, anyone you can think of that might want to know the truth as I expect all good people would.
I am anonymous as this stage, but those who know like a nice man Brian Appleby should be able to reach me , maybe he could get in touch with John Bochat I believe he has his information. I will contact John soon.
