Dear Department of the Senate,

I am seeking copies of the following documents as confirmation that Senator John Williams has possession of the following documents:
(i) a copy of a Deed of Variation dated 18 January 1955
(ii) a copy of a Deed of Variation dated 20 November 1974
(iii) a copy of a purported Deed dated 26 August 1986
(iv) a letter dated 11 April 2017 sent to the electoral office of Senator Williams

The Deeds recite a founding Trust Deed dated 23 December 1913 where the original sponsoring employer was Elder Smith & Co Ltd.
