Good afternoon Mr Cox,

 

I refer to your correspondence, dated 27 October 2019, in which you sought
access under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act), to:

 

“I'm writing to request the document or documents which show the formal
agreement, including the financial arrangements, between the department of
defence and banks or approved lenders who are part to the Defence home
loan assistance scheme (DHOAS)”

 

Defence may impose a charge for the work involved in providing access to
the documents in accordance with the Freedom of Information (Charges)
Regulations. If your request for access to documents attracts a charge,
